More deals.
Less busywork.

You've already made Claude part of how you work. The next step is getting your whole team there, and finding where AI takes the busywork off your plate so you get your time back for the deals themselves. Four hands-on sessions to map it, set it up, and leave knowing exactly where your leverage is.

The Shift

From everything routing through you to a team that runs like you

You're the operator who can do all of this well, which is exactly why everything routes through you. This isn't a Claude tutorial. The job is finding what AI can take off you and your people, and getting the whole shop running on it.

Today

  • × Almost everything routes through you, the work that needs your judgment and a lot that doesn't.
  • × The repeatable jobs still get done by hand, like the 90-day renewals and reconciling the reno invoices.
  • × Your method lives in your head and a few long threads. Nobody else can really work the way you do.
  • × You can feel the leverage sitting there. You just don't have the map yet.

After this engagement

  • Your team is set up to carry the work that doesn't need you, on one shared workspace built the way you operate.
  • The repeatable jobs are on a ranked build list, highest payback first, ready when you are.
  • Your method is captured, so your people can run deals the way you do.
  • You've got the map: where AI pays off across your operation, and in what order.

First we find the leverage. Then we build the base.

One fixed fee. I shadow how you and your team actually work, find where AI takes real work off your hands, and get everyone onto one workspace built around how you operate. You leave with the setup done and a ranked list of what's worth automating, in order of payback.

$8,000
one fixed fee, all-in
  • A real audit of how you and your team work, watched live, not guessed at
  • A ranked build pipeline: the highest-payback automations, scoped for later
  • Your whole team onto one workspace, set up and onboarded with you
  • Live access to your real files, so nobody re-uploads anything again
  • Your method captured, so your team works the way you do
  • Validate-first the whole way, nothing you can't undo

01
Discovery & workflow shadow

Four working sessions to map how you actually work, and I shadow you while you work for as much of a session as it's useful, catching the things costing you time: re-uploads, threads that run too long, context quietly dropping off the back.

  • Map where your time actually goes, so we can see what AI should take off your plate first
  • Watch a real task start to finish (underwriting, renewals, invoice tracking) to find the fixes that matter most
  • Sessions you can split into a couple of half-days, on your schedule
02
Get your whole team onto one workspace

The whole point of Team is that your people work where you work. Right now your projects live on your personal account and the Team seats sit separate from them. We bring everyone onto one workspace: a Premium seat for you (that's Cowork and higher limits) and Standard seats for Asa and your contractors, so they can actually use what you've built. The subscription runs about $180 a month on annual billing, paid to Anthropic, and it replaces what you're already spending on Max.

  • Everyone works from the same setup, built around how you operate, instead of separate accounts that don't talk to each other.
  • We move your projects, knowledge, chats, and memory over in one step, so nothing you've tuned gets left behind.
  • We prove the new setup works before we retire Max, so there's never a moment where something's gone missing.
03
Live file access via your SharePoint

Your files stay right where they are in SharePoint. The Microsoft 365 connector reads them live, on demand, only when a question actually needs them. That kills the manual re-upload habit: no more downloading a file, editing it, and re-uploading the copy, and Claude always works from the current version. Nothing to reorganize. It reads your existing folders as they sit.

  • You stop hand-feeding files into chat. Claude pulls the live version straight from SharePoint when it needs it.
  • File work moves into Cowork, pointed straight at your SharePoint folder, so it reads and edits the real files (the connector itself is read-only)
  • If you ever want agents running around the clock, there's an optional path to an always-on machine or a NAS down the line
04
Access control & clean offboarding

You decide who sees what by setting folder permissions in your own SharePoint, and Claude mirrors each person's permissions automatically. Asa might see one ops folder, your contractors even less. It's also the safeguard against the kind of loss you had with the drone footage: when you own the tenant, nobody else can lock you out of your own files.

  • Each teammate sees only the files their SharePoint permissions allow, and nothing past that
  • Clean offboarding: pull their SharePoint access, remove the seat, and a departing contractor is locked out the same day
  • No more depending on someone else's system that can lock you out of your own work
05
Capture your method (so nothing's lost)

All the tuning you've done across deals moves out of fragile long threads and into your project instructions, the part Claude reads at the start of every new thread: your underwriting frameworks, how you structure an offering memorandum, the way you like things formatted. Your actual deal data stays in SharePoint where it belongs. One project per business or major deal, with a plain-markdown backup so it's yours to carry anywhere.

  • This protects the context you've tuned, so switching accounts doesn't quietly reset it
  • A thread per task, plus "prompt seeds" for the rabbit holes, so you stop polluting a project's context
  • Saved as plain markdown, so you can take your method to any tool or plan later instead of it being stuck in one app
06
A roadmap of what's worth automating

You walk away with a clear list of automations worth building, scoped and put in order, and it's yours to keep whether or not you build any of them with us. A few that already came up:

  • The 90-day tenant renewal report, around 50 tenants. We'll demo it live on your next renewal cycle. This is the one most likely to become the first real build.
  • Invoice tracking that pulls an attachment straight from your email into your tracking spreadsheet
  • Your weekly leasing and occupancy reports, summarized into the format you actually want to read
Discovery, audit & setup (fixed)$8,000.00
Total today$8,000.00

One fixed fee, no surprises, and fully guaranteed: if you're not happy with the work, you get your money back. If discovery turns up an automation worth building, we'll scope that on its own, and only when you're ready.

Timeline

How we get there

We validate first, the whole way through. Nothing you can't undo happens until you've seen it work.

Session 1
Discovery and shadow
I shadow how you actually work, we map where the leverage is, and we connect the M365 connector to confirm Claude can read your SharePoint files. Max stays untouched the whole time.
Sessions 2 to 4
Set it up and bring your team on
Move your projects over in one step, restructure them one per business, capture your method into your project instructions, and get Asa and your contractors set up and working. We retire Max once the new setup is proven.
Your next renewal cycle
See an automation work, live
When your 90-day renewal list comes in, we automate it live, so you can see exactly what an automation does for you before deciding whether to build one.
